Development through studies of structural biology, bioinformatics and biochemistry of new original technologies aimed to modify induction in vivo and in vitro of RNA target genes involved in genetic and multifactorial pathologies, through expression of archeobacterial tRNA endonucleases and fungal tRNA ligases capable of specifically processing RNA targets. This project is in the context of the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC), the INFRAFRONTIER European Union’s Landmark Infrastructure and the International Consortia (EUMORPHIA, EUMODIC, EUCOMM-EUCOMMTools, PHENOSCALE, etc.), for large-scale, integrated and standardized production, primary and specialized phenotyping, dissemination of mouse mutant strains as novel in vivo model human diseases.
